
Did you know that sprouted flour is so much gentler on your blood sugar than regular flour? It's true! So now you can still have your French toast, and eat it too.

Ingredients:
Splash of Liquid Egg Whites
1 Egg
2 slices of Sprouted Ezekiel Bread
Directions:
* In a bowl crack the egg and add a splash of liquid egg whites.
* Sprinkle in some cinnamon and a couple of drops of liquid stevia.
* Heat up the frying pan and spray with coconut oil cooking spray.
*Dip the bread into the egg mixture and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
* Serve with sugar free syrup and optional fruit.
* Enjoy!

This is one of those recipes that's honestly hardly worth posting because it's just that simple. But it's a delicious E breakfast and since I always need more ideas for those I thought I'd post it anyway!

Ingredients:
1 cup of 0% Greek Yogurt
Canned Sliced Peaches (in its own juice ~ not syrup)
Directions:
* Put the yogurt in a bowl and add 1-3 squirts of liquid stevia and a few drops of vanilla extract. *Taste & adjust as needed then add half the can of sliced peaches and stir together.
* Enjoy!

This recipe is one of my babies! Such a delicious recipe that I was so proud to have created myself. Blueberry muffins are my jam, hope you love em too!

Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 cup of Ground Oats
4 tsp. Baking Powder
6-7 TB Stevia/Erythritol Sweetener
1 & 1/4 cup of Almond Milk
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 & 1/2 cups of Frozen Blueberries
Directions:
* Preheat the oven to 350F.
*Ground up the oats and stir together with the almond milk then set aside for fifteen minutes.
* Whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside.
* Stir together the apple sauce, frozen blueberries, and egg.
* Stir the egg mixture into the oat/almond milk and then add the dry ingredients.
* Pour the mixture into greased muffin tins and bake for 20-22 minutes.
* Enjoy!

This pizza is soooo easy to make and absolutely delicious! You can use fat free toppings and a very light amount of cheese to keep it an E or go heavier on the cheese and enjoy a crossover. (Pssst, crossovers ARE on plan!)

Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 cups of Water (room temperature)
1 tsp. Butter
1/2lb of chopped cooked Chicken (skinless)
Sugar Free Pizza Sauce
Veggies of Choice
Sprinkle of low fat Cheese
Directions:
* Put the water, honey, and salt in a large bowl and stir together.
* Add in the yeast and let sit for 5 minutes.
* Add in the sprouted flour and stir together.
* Add more water 1 tsp. at a time if needed.
* Once the dough is holding together, remove from bowl and knead together until soft & moist.
* Put the dough back in the bowl and cover with a damp dish towel for 30 minutes (or until doubled in size).
* Roll the dough out to fit your pan (greased with the tsp of butter).
* Spread the pizza sauce on and add the veggies & cheese.
* Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425F.
* Enjoy!

I looooove pizza! But I don't love what it does to my waist. Since I'm doing Trim Healthy Mama I knew I could use sprouted whole wheat flour and make a bomb pizza as long as I used low fat protein and less cheese. Voila! This pizza is perfection.

Ingredients:
3 cups of Whole Wheat Sprouted Flour
1 & 1/2 tsp. Raw Honey
1 & 1/2 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
2 & 1/4 tsp. Dry Active Yeast
1 & 1/4 cup of Water (room temperature or slightly warmer)
1 tsp. Butter
1/2 lb of Chicken (skinless)
Pizza Sauce (no sugar added)
Veggies of choice
Sprinkle of light Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
* Put the water, salt, & honey in a large bowl and mix together.
* Add in the yeast and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
* Add in the sprouted flour and stir together with a wooden spoon.
* Add more water if needed one teaspoon at a time.
* Once the dough is holding together, knead it for 5 minutes until soft & moist (sorry for the use of that word...)
* Put the dough back into the bowl and cover with a damp towel for 30 minutes.
* Grease your pizza pan with butter and spread the dough onto it.
* Put the pizza sauce on and spread it around.
* Add veggies & chicken and top with a light sprinkle of cheese.
* Bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes.
* Enjoy!
