
For years I didn’t believe in myself. I had dreams and goals, sure, but at the end of the day I didn’t actually believe that I could achieve them on my own. It was only looking back on things years later that I realized that it was a lack of belief that had caused my failure for so long.

I became a published author late last year and it felt amazing to get that checked off my bucket list. It’s rare that I’m afraid of something. Frustrated, yes. Angry even, absolutely. But fearful? I don’t often get fearful over showing up for something to do with my business but lately it’s been a struggle. Thoughts like “do you even know what you’re doing?” and “are you even qualified to teach about this?” were rolling through my head and I’ll be honest, it started to get to me.
